About Ajrak
A company built around one word.
Ajrak takes its name from the Arabic root أجر (ajr) — wage, due, rightful recompense. That root is where the company starts, not a phrase translated into a tagline.
HR is a set of promises, not tasks.
A payroll run is a promise that a wage arrives on time. A government filing is a promise that a company's standing with the state stays intact. A hire is a promise, to both employer and candidate, that the process was fair and the fit was real. Treated as a task, any one of these can be marked "done" while quietly failing the person or institution it was owed to. Treated as a promise, it can't be — it's either kept or it isn't. Ajrak is built to keep it.
Vision
We are working toward the day every organization in the Arab world, entrusting part of its HR obligations to another, thinks of Ajrak first — not for our size, but because with us, no obligation is ever left behind.
Mission
Ajrak keeps the HR obligations that organizations across the Arab world owe to their people and their governments — from wages paid to hires made, from records kept to compliance closed. We do this work through our own team and through partners we hold to the same standard, using technology to make each obligation faster to execute and harder to miss, never to replace the judgment it requires. We see ourselves as the party accountable for the obligation, not a vendor completing a task. It is a standard we protect by growing only as far as we can sustain it, profitably and without exception.
Clear. Precise. Accountable.
Clear, because a client should always know exactly what's included in a service and what isn't. Precise, because HR has no acceptable margin for a wrong number or a missed date. Accountable, because when something is owed, Ajrak is the one who owes it — not a system, not a subcontractor.
Ajrak is an HR technology and operations company working with organizations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait.
